The WGServer is a High Availability and Reliability Appliance with all the necessary Gateway and Server functions to manage Internet Access.
The WGServer is a High Availability and Reliability Appliance with all the necessary Gateway and Server functions to manage Internet Access. Its main application is the management and control of the Internet access via Hotspots. It combines the functionalities of a Hotspot Gateway, the network services of a Network Server, and the Integrated Internet Access Management and Billing Software, needed for small and medium scale ISP deployment.
The WGServer can operate in different modes, according to the targeted customer type and application. WGHotel for Wi-Fi Hotspots in Hotels, WGBizPark for Control and Distribution of Internet in Business Parks, WGPublic for Centralized Public Hotspots and WGHotspotClusterManager for distributed Hotspots.
The WGServer product line has two different hardware platforms that differ on the performance and functionalities available, the WGS200 and WGS5000.
